Meyers Roofing

Not at all well. On approximately 9/20/2017, I called Meyers Roofing and scheduled an appointment for a roof inspection and quote on Saturday 9/22. Pete came out at the appointed time and did a thorough inspection of the roof and took a number of pictures which he reviewed with me. I was impressed with his thoroughness with the pictures and explanation. Pete told me that the owner, Josh, would be contacting me by Tuesday 9/26 or no later than Wednesday the 27th with a quote. When I still did not hear from Jose by Thursday the 28th I called the office and ended up leaving a message with the answering service. I did not receive any return phone call and left another message on Saturday, Sept. 30th. On Sunday, Oct. 1st, I received a call from Josh who said he was confirming our appointment that afternoon. I said "nooo... we did not have an appointment"... and went on to tell him that I've been waiting on a quote for well over a week. He then asked me "has someone already been out to look at my roof?". I replied that Pete had been out over a week ago. Josh then said he was headed to his office and would get the quote right over to me. Well, he did not do that. I am still waiting for that quote!!! I do understand how my phone messages, requests, etc. might somehow have gotten swept under the rug.. or perhaps confused with another potential client; but I cannot excuse not having my phone calls returned, nor the lack of follow through on Oct. 1st when Josh told me he would get the quote right over to me.
