 + -1 moreIT WAS GOOD. THEY ANSWERED MY QUESTION. THEY WERE BUSY, BUT THEY ARE IN A JOB WHERE THEY ARE BUSY WITH COMPUTER. THEY WERE GOOD, THOUGH. THEY GOT ALL MY STUFF BACK. I LOST ALL OF MY WORD DOCUMENTS, AND I COULD HAVE LOST EVERYTHING. THEY GOT IT BACK. I'D USE THEM AGAIN, BUT NEXT TIME I'LL TRY TO TAKE IT IN BECAUSE IT'S EXPENSIVE TO HAVE THEM PICK IT UP.
Description of Work: I HAD A VIRUS AND THEY BACKED UP MY SYSTEM.
