Joined Angie's List, called recommended plumber. Steve arrived on time, fixed the problem plus installed a way for us to clean out that drain ourselves. Excellent Job!

Everything went smoothly. It took about an hour and a half, and everything works great. The new hose bib is helpful so that we may more easily re-fill a fountain that is in an atrium.

The work wasn't an emergency, so I made an appointment a week and a half in advance. He arrived within a 1/2 of the appointed time and examined the situation. He worked out an estimate based on the time and materials that needed replacing. He was concientious about tracking dirt into the house and his time estimate was accurate. THe work was skillfully and efficiently completed.

He was punctual. He finished the whole job within an hour. He took his shoes off to do the work inside the house.

Called and left a message and call was returned later that day. He came out the next morning. The job wasn't complicated but was completed professionally and quickly--less than 1 hour for both pipes. I feared the price would be steep but was pleasantly surprised. Happy with everything and felt he really knew his work, got down to business and was fair and honest. Hooray!

Contacted Steve Monday evening and even though he was busy he agreed to come out on Tuesday. Although he ran a little later than expected, he kept in touch by phone right up until he was outside the house.
Steve quickly found the source of the leak and had it repaired and the area cleaned up about 40 min later.
It was a very professional job and there was no attempt to press me into additional work.
Steve seems a very dedicated young man and I will not hesitate to call him again if the need arises.

Arrived when he said he would. Removed old water heater and shed. Ran new gas line and installed tankless water heater. From my observance, he did a great job and left the job site clean and free of the old heater and shed. Excellent job.

I found this plumber on Angie's list and decided based on the reviews to call him. My cousin contacted him to do some work on our duplex. He came, on time and that's the nicest thing I can say. He was a grouch from moment one. He did snake the pipe in the upstairs bathroom - without removing the trap since he obviously didn't want to take any extra time. When he was asked about doing a job in the downstairs apartment, he said he was too busy that day and would have to come back. He has never called back but it's just as well since we wouldn't subject ourselves to that torture again. What a jerk!

Stephen is a very pleasant person, always takes the time to do a good, quality job. Cleans up. I would definitely recommend this company. I will do another job with him next week as well.

Wow - Steve is fantastic. He did a great job fixing a severe leak in our crawl space under the house. Called him at 7am on a Sat morning and sent an email. He called back at 8am and said he could be here by 10:30am. Showed up on time and ready to work. Took him about 15 minutes to assess the situation. Access was very tight and he had to do work on his back and side. He was done in 45 minutes. I'm having him come back in a week to fix our bathtub drain.

It was uncomfortable, overhead work in cramped space. He was very concerned to be as neat as possible and cleaned up well afterward. I was very impressed.

Stephen gave us a quote over the phone and showed up promptly, even getting to our door prior to committed time frame. He fixed the problem in a timely manner. His work appears to be excellent and we would use him again.

Everything went fine. It was too long ago to remember mundane details.

He did an excellent job! He is an excellent Plumber. He is very efficient. We have used him 3-4 times. He always comes on time. He does things quick and right. The leak was getting the whole wall wet. He came and found the leak right away and was gone within 1/2 hour.

They are an outstanding company. I will continue using them recommending them to others. I was totally and thoroughly happy with their service and courteous manner. They even removed their shoes entering my house without needing to be asked to do so.

We have used Stephen before with excellent results - finding him based on reviews in Angie's List. The last visit was many years ago, but his quality and service delivery continues to be fabulous. He does not ASK for these glowing reviews when he finishes his work. What you will get when you call him for a job is a full journeyman plumber who knows all facets of the business. You can take any problem to him and he will get it solved. He gets the work done quickly, and charges what is fair based on what needs to get done. The work is clearly top-quality. He does not attempt to seel anything un-needed, and yet he also will give recommendations based on what he sees. When you have water leaking from inside your walls, you will wonder if the fix will be thousands of dollars. With Stephen, I knew going in that he would only do that which was necessary AND that he would know exactly what was needed. The service call proceeded exactly that way, and I am a very happy customer.

He is my preferred plumber. I always call him to do the plumbing jobs. He is really good. It was a fair price. He is just a great guy. He does a great job. He is always on time. He charges me a fair price compared to the bigger guys. He is a great plumber. He is usually at the top as far as the plumbers in the area. He is pretty well known on Angie's List as far as getting recommendations. He is not expensive but he is not super cheap. He is fair. I would definitely use him again in the future.

Michael was very professional. He returned my call promptly and arrived on time. He diagnosed the problem and rather than suggest work that could have cost hundreds he gave us another option that made sense. We have finally found a plumber that we can trust!

They completed the work. It was quite a small job. They fixed it up. They responded the same day we called. Wer could not use the kitchen sink for one day. They looked at it and said they would be back the next day. The price was very reasonable. They showed up, where multiple plumbers had just kept temporarily fixing it. He ended up taking out all of the extras and made it just a regular pipe. We had everything very accessible for him. I felt the price was reasonable. He was very friendly.

They had to fix a blockage in piping. They digged out a hole where the problem was, fixed the blockage and reinstalled new pipes. The owner's employee was great, the best I've ever seen.

They were excellent.

The pipe repair went quickly, smoothly, and over a year later, the repair has held up. The slow drain did not need servicing. The pressure relief valve was repaired without incident.
