I was told by Ray that my computer was ready, added ram, memory and a cd rom to replace the non-working one. When I hooked it back up the computer was faster and the cd rom worked. The next day, Sunday the cd rom refused to work and I was stil getting the "high cpu usage, high memory useage" messages. I took it back on monday and gave it to Brent who said I had an attitude and just wanted to refund my money, I left the computer. On Tuesday I called them back and he told me the Windows program was corrupted and would have to be reinstalled. This was Not communicated to me the previous week by Ray when I picked it up. He also informed me that no ram had been installed and there was no new memory. Ray had told me that I had three memory slots and they filled one slot at a cost of $39.00. He explained that there were different types of memory and that my computer took the cheapest one. He asked if I wanted a new or used cd rom I told him used was fine as long as it worked. He assured me that the one they had was fine. It was never communicated to me that my Windows program was corrupted. When I spoke with Brent on 7-31 he informed me about the corruption and asked if I needed any files saved before they did the work. I told him nnot to do the work that I was picking the computer up. Instead of leaving the computer the way it was he removed the "working" cd rom and replaceed the old non-working cd rom and refunded my money. He kept telling me that when I left the computer with him, when I talked to him last week, when I picked the computer up from him. I NEVER did any business with him all my business was with Ray and of course Ray is out of the country on vacation. Now my computer is not fixed and still had the same issues it had when I originally took the computer in to them. Their communication skills leave alot to be desired. They do not return phone calls, if you leave a message they don't return it and there is the issue of not doing the work that was originally asked to be done. I honestly thought the price was a little low and was surprised when he said that they did all the work for that price, even though the work order only showed the cd rom. When he told me everything was done, ram, memory, etc. I was sure they had done the work. Ray never told me the program was corrupted and He never contacted me about anything other than the work I requested. When I called them it was always "Rays working with your computer hes out of the store right now I'll have him call you back in about half an hour, I'm in the store myself right now and I have a few customers waiting I will call you back later".I called them repeatedly to get information on my computer only to have to wait until the next day to get an answer. Horrible, horrible, horrible!!!!
