David was extremely professional from the first phone call. I had already been "stood up" by two other staircase repair contractors, so, I was very wary. David asked me to send him pictures of the work that needed to be done. As soon as he received the photos he contacted me with a price. The house is listed for sale and I was anxious to get these repairs completed. He made an appointment with me and he showed up ON TIME! I cannot say how refreshing this was. His work is beautiful and he even went around and checked the other staircases in the house and made sure they were in good repair. He was polite and a delight to work with. I would absolutely call him again.
