They were very professional, and pleasant to work with. They replaced approximately 5 or 6 screens, including making new frames. The original screens were manufactured too tight, making it difficult to remove the screens for cleaning, repair, etc. without damaging the frames. Several other screen people didn't want to be bothered because it was a difficult job, but BAY CITY GLASS did an excellent job and now my tenants can remove the screens without worry about being responsible for damage. When one of the screens didn't fit properly, they promptly admitted their mistake that someone had not measured it correctly, and quickly made a new one and returned promptly to install it - a rare kind of customer service. I would highly recommend them.
