Very responsive ...new exactly what I needed. Would hire again. Mark is the best. and Karen is so friendly. She is the office coordinator. Got things moving along. Just be patient. They are busy.

Our roof is only 4 years old.  When it leaked during a heavy rainstorm I called the company who installed it and they looked up my records and said since I didn't use THEM for ANNUAL MAINTENANCE my warranty was void!  Really?!?!?!  I had two vendors bid on the repair.  One was over $2400 (they would rather install a new roof) and the other was American Roofmasters at $875.  They did an excellent job from my first phone call to the completion.  They came out to inspect my roof very quickly (even during El Nino) and mailed a quote promptly.  They called in a reasonable amount of time to schedule a crew to repair it.  The crew showed up promptly and were very professional.  I believe they did a thorough job, but I guess I won't know for sure until it rains again.  Overall I am very impressed and will call American Roofmasters for annual maintenance from now on!

Response to my phone call was very quick.  I got their number from another roofer in the area.  The repair itself was not large but very difficult to access so we needed someone who had the equipment and experience.  They were able to do the repair within a day or two of my initial phone call.  When I went to pay them I spoke with both the owners and they were very personable and very knowledgable in their field.  They are experts in leak repair and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Very responsive. Price seemed reasonable considering significant installation. More work needed to be done, but I had no more money to spend on project. Work was very high quality with good quality materials.

169tI called the company the day after my roof leaked after a hard rainy day in CA. Mark was fully booked that day and I had someone else come and looked at the roof and cancelled him. But the other roofer failed through and I called Mark back. He was able this time to squeeze me in the very next day and push me up into a morning booking. His men was able to give estimates and perform the repairs at the same time also. His crew came on time and professionally inspected my roof and gave me a run down of what is wrong with the roof. I elected to only repair what was causing the current leak. It has been 2 weeks later and 2 rain storms have passed and no leaks. I'm satisfied with his service.

It went very well overall. The estimator came to my house and went up onto the roof to assess exactly what needed to be done. He took some photos and walked around the entire surface. He also discussed a number of different options for the work needed on the deck and helped me make a decision as to which would be most appropriate for my needs. He then created a proposal which included the photos from my roof and laid out exactly what needed to be done and how much it would cost, along with a proposed payment schedule. As soon as I accepted the proposal, one of their schedulers called me the same day to set up a date to begin work. The work was completed on time, and my roof was repaired well before the rainy season began. I was very happy with their work, their professionalism, and their punctuality. I will definitely use this provider again.

I have no complaints about their responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism. All good in these areas. But here's our story. We had our roof repaired by them in December 2009 when a leak cropped up after a heavy rain. All seemed fine until the same area ended up leaking again during the heavy rains we had in December of this year (2010). :( It was disappointing to have the same area that had been "fixed" by them start to leak again less than a year later. Not sure whether it was a case of bad luck or whether they did an insufficient job the first time. I guess I'll never know. But, I called and they did come back to re-patch the area. Hopefully, that has solved the problem. We have yet to find out...

The people at American Roof Masters were very fair and didn t try to over sell their services. In fact, they talked us out of replacing the whole roof. It was nice to deal with a company that was so honest.
