I like the charge, very reasonable, knowledgeable, really helpful in trying to save my Sony notebook. Originally, they mad the top too heavy and the hinges went and Sony was impossible to deal with and so with Best Buy. We could actually saved it some point before it actually went out and part of that barbecue of the ___13:26 wouldn't close but they were able to give me the hard drive so I can download the information somewhere else. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and very good price.

First they decided they needed to take everything off the second, problem free computer and reinstall it. Then they decided they needed to come to my home to make sure it was set up correctly for an additional $150.00. After they left my home, neither computer was working and the following morning I took one of them into the shop. I need a working computer at all times. The owner was irate, saying it was not his fault (I never said it was - I just wanted working computers). They next determined the second computer was old and should be replaced. I bought a new computer from them which they installed (for an additional surprise fee) July 9, 2008. The original problem that began for the first time when they worked on my computer, "pop ups" on my desk top and a slow computer continue.

Not only did All Tech do everything they promised, they downloaded all 50 Gigs of my photos to a new external drive that I brought in. Their shop is impressively clean and well organized, both the main store and the back repair stations. They were highly cooperative and patient with all my questions, making sure I clearly understood their answers. They were far superior to any computer place I've ever used in the past, and they guarantee their work!!

The company offers home repairs for desktops. In the past, I have taken my laptop to their shop for repairs. I have used their services for 4 years. They are very efficient, timely and knowledgeable in all models of computers.

THEY'RE EXCELLENT. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE AND ALREADY HAVE FOR QUALITY REPAIR AND PURCHASING OF COMPUTERS FOR THAT MATTER. THEY WON'T SELL YOU SOMETHING YOU DON'T NEED. IT'S PERSONALIZED SERVICE. SEND ALL OF YOUR FRIENDS THERE.

IT'S FRUSTRATING. THEY DIDN'T GIVE ME ALL THE INFORMATION ON WHAT THEY NEEDED TO DO THE WORK. IF THEY HAD INFORMED US OF THE APPLICATION, WE COULD HAVE DEALT WITH IT. IT WAS EITHER THAT OR THEY COULD HAVE JUST EXPLAINED TO US THAT WE HAD A LICENSE AND BY PURCHASING IT THEY SHOULD HAVE HAD THE LICENSE TO DO THAT. WE COULD HAVE NEGOTIATED WITH THEM, BUT THEY DIDN'T GIVE US THE OPPORTUNITY.
