I don't have any experience dealing cleaning services, so I wasn't sure how to handle the conversation.  The woman with whom I spoke was curt and uninformative.  I came away from the conversation with the sense that getting an additional customer wasn't high on her list.  We made a tentative appointment for her to come out for an estimate.  She never called to confirm that she would be there.
My final opinion was that Maids 2000 must have plenty of work and my small house was not worth their time. It is a shame.

After my regular cleaning ladies (I prefer a team so they get in and out quicker and I think they do a better job than a single cleaner) had to quit the business for personal reasons, I hired Maids 2000 in early 2012. Again. I'd used them a few years ago and thought I'd give them another shot. Since they charge a premium price, I fully expected that I'd get premium service. They do use good quality chemicals and effective equipment which is a step up from some of the independent cleaners I've tried. They just kept cutting corners. They started the service with the obligatory "deep clean" at a high price that was supposed to last 4-5 hours. The team was out in about 2 1/2 hours! Then every cleaning after that was less than 1 1/2 hours. I know that my 3 bath/2300 square foot house with five people needs 2 1/2 hours to do the basic cleaning and a few of the occasional tasks like vacuuming the sofas, dusting the blinds,  vacuuming under the beds and sofas, etc. One time they were here less than 1 hour! It was always the same two cleaners. And it wasn't efficiency that got them out so fast because I kept finding things they'd skipped like not dusting a room or  not mopping the kitchen floor which are basic and important tasks. I sent in my complaints on the comment cards left with every cleaning. Then the cleaners stopped leaving the comment cards! I talked to the cleaners AND called the office about both the work not getting done and the comment cards not  being left but ultimately nothing changed. My call to the office was met with "we're getting good comments from your cards." I told them I wasn't sending the cards in, evidently my cleaners got rewards for good comment cards so they were filling them out themselves! I was unhappy every time they left. And that was why I'd dropped them a few years earlier.  Training and spot-checking client's homes is obviously a failure of management. The cleaners would also show up earlier than scheduled or hours later than usual which upset my family's schedule several times as the cleaners were still here after 4 PM even though I'd been promised they'd be done by 3:00. I really wanted to keep them because I hated having to find a new cleaner but I finally let them go over six months ago. I hired someone who was between "regular" work who charged 80% of the price and did a MUCH better job. I was really upset when her old company hired her back! I'm now cleaning the house on my own and it is as clean as when this "premium" company was supposedly doing the job which isn't saying much given my cleaning skills. I'd love to recommend them because with a service you don't have to worry about insurance or tax issues or replacing a departing worker, they're bonded, and they have a key system so security is not an issue, but I just wasn't getting a clean house.

They clean my house once a month. Two women come to basic cleaning services each month.

THE BLINDS LOOK GREAT! THEY LOOKED BRAND NEW. IT TOOK SOME TIME, BUT THEY DID A GOOD JOB. I DID NOT HAVE TIME TO GET THEM CLEAN, AS IT LOOKED LIKE THEY WERE NEVER CLEANED BEFORE.
