It went well. No complaints. Charged for the one hour of examination, but I disputed the cost and they waived said cost.

when I made the appointment on the 28th, the company wanted to know exactly the problem for which I requested there service.. when plumber arrived, he had all the necessary equipment and parts to complete the task.

Joe arrived on the morning, having called to advise that he would be slightly late (had to turn off water at an emergency before coming here). He moved through each of the problems, explaining and showing what he found. We were satisfied.

THEY ARE PROMPT. THEY WERE ALWAYS ON TIME. I HAVE USED THEM IN THE PAST. THEY ARE COURTEOUS. THEY ARE CLEAN, AND THEY ARE PROMPT IN RETURNING PHONE CALLS. THEY LEAVE THE HOUSE LIKE THEY DID WHEN THEY ARRIVED.

IT WAS SATISFACTORY. IT WAS DONE IN THE GENERAL TIME FRAME THAT WAS EXPECTED AND I NEVER HAVE TO CALL THEM BACK AGAIN, SO THAT'S GOOD. I'VE ONLY BEEN HERE ABOUT TWO YEARS, SO THAT'S THE ONLY WORK THAT'S BEEN DONE.
