He was excellent; in fact, I rehired him a second time.

His price was extremely reasonable. I gave his card to my neighbor. He got me discounted parts and a good deal. The who thing is pretty large range for refrigerator repair. One person will tell you this much and the next will tell you this much. We got lucky with him. He was excellent. He even came later to get it done. The pricing was phenomenal. I would definitely recommend him to anybody.

First of all, I don't think I asked Frank to fix my French door - it kept getting stuck because it hadn't been hung correctly - but he fixed it for me and don't believe he charged me for that.   The longest part of the job were the two kitchen sink drains because he had to undo plumbing in one sink and take off the disposal in the other....that by far took the longest.  I didn't have a style in mind for the outside lights so asked him to get "something" and he actually picked out inexpensive and lovely lights that match the hardware in my house - not even sure that was intentional but I'd shown him the hardware and new doors, etc. in my house and it must have been on his mind.  Also, he was trying to keep price in mind and he said those were the least expensive.  He was professional and knowledgeable, and I felt comfortable with him doing whatever job he was doing.  I've already got two other jobs for him at my condo for him to do when I can do them.

He completed interior painting projects I did not have the time to finish and painted two bathrooms, laundry area, kitchen, etc. Installed a new sink and cabinets in my bonus room and installed and plumbed refridgerator icemaker.
Repaired damaged exterior wood siding and re-painted the exterior where needed.

This man was so well mannered and punctual. Whatever he said, he did. Whenever the job was done, if anything needed to be touched up, he would fix everything with a smile on his face. He was meticulous about his work.
