When receiving a quote, we were ensured that if our older house had lead paint, he could work with it safely. However during the work, he did not put tarps down or clean up paint chips as requested, he violated lead safety regulations by dry sanding, and he caused over $20,000 in environmental damage that we are still working on cleaning up a year later. Not only was his paint job sub-par, but he left us with a dangerous environment for our new baby.

Poor quality workmanship. On day 2, Rich called me, as he rushed to his next job, and stated the work was completed. Additionally, he did not wait for my representative to view the work, and since the tenant wasn't home, he locked up and left. When the tenant returned home, they reported Rich had broken the toilet seat during repairs, the subfloor repair was un-level with a ridge in the center of the floor, walls & cabinets demo marks and dirty, baseboard was cut improperly & piece missing, dirty, and gaps. Rich was not called back to repair the floor, replace baseboard and clean up the work area. We did not want him to cause further damage. He was paid as agreed, less the cost to replace the broken toilet seat.

Great, 4 different family members have all used Rich for everything from building fences, safety rails and yard work.

Arrived on time, did excellent work, reasonably priced. Absolutely top notch. I already have a couple more repairs for him to do.

Richard provided excellent service and did a very professional job. The wood beams look like new and you can barely notice the seams where the new wood was connected to the existing beams. I originally planned to have him only repair the dry rot on the wood beams, however, I liked his work so much that I had him do additional work as I described above. He was always prompt in each of his several visits to our house, even working on a Sunday in order to finish our project by his deadline. I will be sure to call upon Richard for my next home remodeling project. I highly recommend him.

Wow Rich did a wonderful job on my garage. He thoroughly cleaned and
reorganized it. I was really impressed how hard and efficiently he
worked.
He also repaired the edge of my roof where some tiles had
fallen off (which he noticed when he cleaned my gutters the week
before).

Everything was very good. He was one time, did the job and let me look at it when he was done before he left to make sure I was satisfied.

It was Richard that helped me realize my dream in my store, I would give an idea of what I wanted and he takes it from there and has the best ideas. My backyard is now almost complete and I LOVE it!!! There is NOTHING this man CANNOT do, his catch phrase is "piece of cake" He is always ALWAYS punctual and his prices are unbeatable. Honestly from my heart this man is my go-to-guy He is the hardest working man and always ALWAYS makes sure the that I am 100% happy. My husband and I wouldn't think about calling anybody else, and I can promise that once you use him he will be your go-to-guy also!

Great! I'd noticed mold on the wall and knew something might be wrong, but had no idea the extent. A couple studs in the garage wall were completely rotted through, which was immediately apparent once Rich took the sheetrock down. He completely fixed everything in two days, including ensuring the drainpipe won't cause similar water damage in the future.
