Terrible. Apparantly as a rule they don't remove books or objects from shelves while dusting. How can you properly dust a bookshelf full of books? When they dusted the blinds they left the dust where it fell. The dust from the ceiling fans was left where it fell. The supervisor had to come back the next day and clean up the mess.

They really try to do a good job. I am a messy housekeeper. The general cleaning is what I really like. It always smells nice after they have been here. There are probably other people that are cheaper, but I like that they bring their own equipment and cleaning stuff. They are pretty good, I like them. They are very nice. They used to send two people every time, now they only send one. I personally liked it better when they sent two.

The initial cleaning was good. I didn't care for their pay structure. With them, you pay a flat fee and they charge you for a specific number of hours, but sometimes their workers would fly through the work and leave and the job wouldn't be done. I found that they cut corners. I noticed that they dusted around items in my home, but did not pick them up to dust under them. I also am not sure that they really sanitized the bathroom, I never smelt any type of cleaner when they were done in the bathroom. They would bring a mop in to use on the floors and the mop would be dirty before they even started. It looked like they had used it in other homes throughout the day and I wasn't sure that they had cleaned it before using it in my home. The equipment that they used was old and looked beat up, it wasn't what I had expected from professionals. I was constantly sent new people and would have really appreciated if they same people had come out consistently.

The manager who did the first visit/estimate was very clear and up front with the services and charges, also punctual,personable ands professional. The crew arrived on time and heeded warnings about my dogs ( leave them alone) and got right to work. They were quiet and polite and worked steadily and did a very good job. One small area in the kitchen was missed but they will re do that without charge. They did run over the phone cord in the office with the carpet machine and I was without phone service for two days before I figured it out, but that was an honest mistake. The level of work was very good ( even dusted and wiped ceiling fans and light fixtures and mirrors. They charge extra for windows, but for the cost I think they could wipe down the french doors.. I'll negotiate for thephone mishap, but will hire them again. My house felt really truly clean, and no strong smells or streaks of chemicals.

The women came on time, were professional, pleasant, and thorough. The company sent additional help when it looked like they wouldn't finish at the promised time. I couldn't have asked for more, and I will now use their service on a regular basis.

THE TWO WOMEN DID A GREAT JOB CLEANING MY HOUSE. I COULD NOT HAVE DONE IT ANY BETTER MYSELF. THEY DID AN EXTREMELY GREAT JOB CLEANING MY KITCHEN. I WOULD LIKE TO HIRE THEM AGAIN.

I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY MERRY MAID. THE LEAD IS STACEY AND SHE BRINGS VARIOUS DIFFERENT STAFF WITH HER. THEY ALWAYS DO A GREAT JOB AND ARE VERY EFFICIENT.
