Description of Work: Had no heat on 2-2-14, attempted to contact Henderson Brothers via their website as there would be no one at their office on that day. Hoping to be contacted on Monday when they got into their office, but they made no contact at all ever, so apparently they don't check their website. | |Had the repair made by someone else.

+ -1 moreThey were thorough and outstanding. They did what I asked for and they guy was friendly. They put the system in before we moved into this house and so their sticker was on the unit and that’s why we continued to keep them. The quality was excellent.
