THE GUY THAT CAME OUT HAD NO IDEA WHAT HE WAS DOING. HE CALLED HIS BOSS AND WAS ASKING HIM RUDE QUESTIONS WHILE HE WAS WORKING. I AM SUPPOSED TO HAVE A LIFETIME GUARANTEE ON THE CARPET, BUT IT IS ALREADY STARTING TO TEAR.
