EASY CLEAN MAID

Service date 6-2-22. Dusting and wipe down of doors and baseboards about 20% missed. Cabinet wipe down almost non-existent when viewed under different lighting conditions. One window screen and one sink drain sink drain damaged, (repair cost more then the service). Denial Of responsibility for the drain and only offered actual cost of the damaged screen, (my time??). Very unprofessional and not only a waste of money, but a net double of the cost also charged for a subpar cleaning.

For our first cleaning two weeks ago, Easy Clean Maids sent a team of three women for a full day to clean our 2-story house from top to bottom.  EVERYTHING was cleaned, from each slat of the blinds, to the baseboards. We were thrilled with the look of our home when we got home from work and the smell was amazing - it smelled fresh and CLEAN! The carpets were vacuumed, even the tray in the fridge door had been scrubbed. We could easily see that they'd spent a lot of energy scrubbing every sink, tub, and shower. 
Our initial walk through for our estimate was thorough while being quick and professional. The owner is receptive to texts and is quick to reply to messages.
They are licensed, bonded, and certainly care about doing a professional job.  We will continue to have our every-other-week cleanings from them.  I'm thrilled that I found this local service.
