Chris the owner is great with customers he had my pool looking great but when his employee Eric took over my pool went down hill. Eric lacks customer service skills and just wanted to get in and out he didn't care about my pool at all.

Hired them on a continuing basis. They come once a week to clean, test and add chemicals. My pool is always ready.

Owner very responsive and helpful. 1st time pool owner and tech's come to work!!!! do a fantastic job and don't cut any corners. Pool looks pristine and clean!!!! THANKS DELTA POOL CARE!!!!!!

Chris from Delta pool care was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and was very helpful.i am very happy with who I hired.i really feel I can trust them to do honest work for me.

I am giving them 3 stars for quality of work because as I mentioned below the work is not completed yet but Iâ m sure Iâ ll be pleased when itâ s done. Although, my experience with Chris was awesome, he is very personable and easy to talk with. My above ground pool needs a lot of work so the job has not been completed but will have the majority done on Monday. So far my opinion is very good of Delta Pool Care and will know more come the next week or so.

We are new customers as of August 2018. Chris is very knowledgeable and was responsive to our needs. In preparation for his first visit (1 week after initial contact), he provided clear instructions on what I needed to do to shock pool and run pump. Pool looks great. I finally met him on Labor Day and was very surprised to see him on the holiday. That shows dedication as he explained that he only takes off three days per year and he will let me know when that will be as well as ensure that the pool is not neglected during that period. We are definitely happy with the service and expertise.

He came and gave me a quote for chemical maintenance and he also gave me a break down of everything he would do and he came and did everything right away to make it summer ready.
