+ -1 moreThe owner is Melvin De Cicco. He was referred to me by another provider. He was wonderful. My daughter’s fiancé is project manager in Southern California and when he came in and saw all the work done by him he was unduly impressed. I plan to use him again.
Description of Work: I used De Cicco Painting And Decorating to interior painting for me. I had even cabinets recovered. I had quick colors done so they had to do the crown molding one color, the doors one color, ceiling one color, and walls another color.
