I had a great experience from the beginning when I requested someone to arrive to provide a quote for my desire to yank my lawn, and replace with a mix of fake grass and river rock for my front. I received options and chose the ones I felt would fit both my budget and my landscape appearance. The professionalism continued with the crews that arrived to complete the project. The work crews were quick, efficient, and the foremen always had a moment to answer a question or concern I had. Though, I tried to stay out of their way and it was amazing as I would come out after a few hours and see just how much had been accomplished. I was worried about my tree in the front since it is 20 years old but they were able to work around it and now my front yard looks wonderful. I highly recommend Bella Turf if you have a landscape project of some sort.

Great communication regarding the project

They were very quick to respond to my needs. Texts back right away. Very kind, answered all my questions and explained everything in great detail.

I had 250 sq ft of grass replaced with artificial turf. Very fast response: estimate on Tuesday, work done on Thursday & Friday. $3300.

George and his crew were fantastic. Their attention to detail was incredible and knowledge of product really shows by finished product. You cannot see any of the lines and the way they cut the lines and sloped the lawn really fit within look of entire yard. The entire crew was friendly, professional and did a great job cleaning up when done. I would highly recommend anyone looking for synthetic lawn to use Bella, they truly are above and beyond their competitors

They did not arrive by the specified time, so I called the office. They said the workers were finishing another job; I would have appreciated a call to let me know. When they arrived, he informed me he was advised of the work to be done but then asked me if they were putting the rocks in the front or back? The actual guys doing the work did a good job. When all was finished (end of 2nd day), I did not notice until they left that they left a rusted u-shaped piece of metal sticking out of the side of the rocks. I let the supervisor know that I did pet sitting, before they even started, so nothing of that sort should have been overlooked when they were cleaning up.

They were wonderful! Got the job done exactly how we wanted and did an amazing job!

Tony, Juan and their team worked hard and happily on installing the artificial turf after clearing up the large area of grass that constituted the ugly lawn. Always cheerful and happy to oblige they created the beautiful lawn area. Even after install when we had a de-capped water line they returned to fix this and relay the small area affected. We are more than happy with the end result and definitely recommend Bella Turf and Greens, Inc to anyone considering changing to artificial turf. We love it and so do our dogs!
