He was prompt and had the right part on hand to fix my leaking pool sweep connection. I called him the next day and let him know that the new part wasn't working. He came back and replaced it and it's now working fine.

We were referred to John at M and M Pools by another Angie's List provider. We were told that he does good work and we have found that to be true. We have been highly impressed with his professionalism. He returned calls promptly and was punctual for all appointments. We initially contacted him to replace a pool pump with a new high efficiency pump. He replaced the pump in a very timely manner and at a competitive price. Since we found our experience to be very positive, we decided to use M and M for our ongoing pool maintenance. We have been using him for two months now and we have continued to find John very reliable and professional. He is one of the most conscientous people we've come across in a long time.
