They did what they said they would do and when they said they would do it. Roof looks good and the clean up was also good. The people working on the project were professional. The only thing was communication. Needed a little more conversation over the phone to confirm arrival on first full work day. The sales rep showed up to lay down a plastic cover over a suspected leak and it held up during some very blustery rain. Over all excellent work but expensive.

He cleaned out and repaired the gutters in 3 hours. The larger job needs an estimate, which I am waiting for.

They came out and were pretty responsive, but the problem never got solved, but I had to call somebody else. They were just super busy at that time. They?came out and did a?temporary fix and told me to call them back when the rain stopped because they could not do a permanent fix at that time, which was okay. They charged me to come out. Regardless, when they come out I think it is, like, 300 bucks, I think is what they charge. I think they came out the next day. I would refer them. They are a very professional company to deal with.

They did a great job. Arrived in time let me know when the we're leaving.

It was so smooth. The work started on schedule, was done in 2 days, and the cost was very reasonable. $11K for the whole deal. The crew was super nice, prompt and answered all my questions, even returned my call on a Saturday. The work looks great and is guaranteed for 50years.

He did well. I had a tile missing on my roof and I just wanted it repaired and he put some something. It was not very attractive and I asked him to redo it which he did and he cut it a little more asymmetrically, so he came back and he improved it. He was very good. He was very polite and very knowledgeable. In the end what he had done turned out to be the best possible thing that could be done. I have another roofer closer to my neighborhood and so I would not use him again for that reason.

The roofing caused some damage to the drywall underneath the roof. I called in and notified the service provider about this. At first, they were reluctant to accept responsibility but after a few rounds of negotiation they did accept responsibility. They came back out and fixed the drywall and repainted it.

After the last rain storm came through, we discovered our roof was leaking. I called several roofers on Angie's list that did repairs and luckily for us, Yorkshire Roofing had an opening the next day.
Jesus arrived on time and after looking at the water soaked wood in our attic, went right to work on the roof! Jesus was able to quickly spot a small hole in our roof, along side the metal valley. He pulled up the shingles in the area to show me where water had infiltrated from the hole, under the valley, where it penetrated into the attic. Jesus also showed me how this area had been previously repaired, but whomever did the past repair, did a very poor job. The roofing felt, that should have been under the valley and shingles was missing. Jesus replaced the missing felt, installed the replacement shingles and sealed the entire area up good as new!
Today we checked the attic and can see that the area is finally drying out. Jesus and Yorkshire Roofing were awesome!

Found leaky roof on 1/8/2016, called a number of roofers based on reviews from Angie's list. Only Yorkshire called back and sent someone to look into the leak right next day after I spoke to Dino. Jesus came out and provided a through inspection not just limited to the leaky area and explained everything, answered all my questions. Quote came in the next day and I signed right away next day. Dino sent Doug to repair right after the weekend (signed on Friday). Doug is absolutely skillful and professional, finished the job faster than expected. Again, answered my additional questions and cleaned up everything nicely. Heavy rainin the next few days did not show any sign of leaky - great relief! Dino even adjusted the original estimate and lowered the cost for me - what more can you ask? Best roofer you can hire. Very responsive in this year's heavy rainy season and very reasonable price. Recommend 100%!

I was very impressed by the quality workmanship and the exception customer service throughout the process.  I'm glad to have found my "go to" company for all future roofing needs!  I'll definitely be recommending them to any friends and family that need roof work.
All of the staff were great to work with throughout the entire process.  Tina (admin) was very helpful on all paperwork issues.  The roofing crew (Doug, Scott, Jesus, Cuco) and gutter installation crew (Chris, Sean) did great work, and were all very friendly and professional.  They were very careful of the landscaping, etc. and cleanup was exemplary.
As would be expected on a project of this type, various issues came up during the process, and they were always addressed promptly and professionally.  It was always very clear that the staff wanted to be sure that any concerns were completely addressed. 
I was particularly impressed that the staff continually went the extra mile to provide great customer service.
John White (estimator) was very thorough in answering all of my detailed questions, and continued to be very helpful throughout the process on any issues that came up. 
Dino Falconi (project scheduler) arranged to change their usual PVC roof installation procedure to have only the roof installed first, and to have the gutter installed the following week, since I had wanted to paint the rafter tails and eaves of the building while they were unobstructed by the gutter.
Later on, when I found a cracked concrete tile on my house roof  (this had nothing to do with the roofing project), Dino managed to find 2 replacement tiles in their shop and provided them to me free of charge!  I was especially grateful for this help since this particular brand of tile is no longer being manufactured and would have been difficult to find.
Similarly, Tony Ehrhorn (production manager) not only helped find the cause of a spot of dry rot on the eaves of my house (again, this had nothing to do with the roofing project), but also gave me instructions on how to fix the leak, completely free of charge.  Thanks to his advice, I successfully fixed the leak myself and saved the cost of a service call.
Yorkshire Roofing is one of those rare companies that I highly recommend with no reservations whatsoever!

It was a 2 day job.  They did excellent work.  The dry rot work was done timely and efficiently.  I've haven't had a problem since.  Scheduling was excellent.  They are top quality.  I got my money's worth.

We worked with John from the time of the estimate through the end of the job. He was very flexible and responsive. The crew that did the job was great. They showed up on time, worked fast, and cleaned up after each day. The entire job took 3 days to complete even with the extra damage and work that needed to be done. We love our new roof and are so happy we were able to get it on before the first rain.

Yorkshire was hired to reroof 58 homes in our HOA.  As a Board member I was part of the decision making process. They out bid 4 other roofers.  The price, professionalism, experience and quality of work were the reasons for choosing Yorkshire over the other bidders.  The owner of this family run company was on site every day of this large and complex project directing his crew ensuring a quality job. His attention to detail was a big plus.  Some days he was on site late into the evening to ensure quality work, clean up and making sure we were water tight as this project began in the winter months.  
Our homes have unique architecture with many siding to roof junctions that created challenging situations which were resolved effectively with custom made flashing.  At the homeowner's direction and approval he repaired any siding issues that comprised the water tight envelope. He offered homeowners skylights, solar tubes and gutters at the owner's discretion at very reasonable prices.  He added guitar guards at a reasonable price.  
He has a stable crew and treats them with great respect.  His crews are fast and efficient and clean up everyday.  He helped guide the HOA Board with the best roofing shingle choices.  He is also an expert of flat roof installations.  The HOA has used 3 other roofing companies in the past and by far Yorkshire is the best.  I highly recommend Yorkshire Roofing and would recommend them to anyone considering roofing a single home. a commercial project or large HOA.

They were awesome!  Even though they were on the wee bit expensive side, I would use them again in a heartbeat.  John, who gave us our quote was great.  They gave us an ipad too! Thanks guys!

They installed a new roof on my home.  Very professional, efficient, thorough.... And at a fair price.  I had 4 quotes for the job. They were in the middle, but I liked the product brand they recommended, but also the time they spent explaining the options.  They left my home, garage and yard spotless.  (I asked them to come and address one or two small details and they quickly came out and handled them efficiently).  They are definitely pros and I'd highly recommend them.

I was very happy with their service. Dino was a very hard working, prompt, professional and courteous when it came to being clean and tidy.

We had received several estimates and Yorkshire was about 20 % lower than the other estimates. They were on-time, delivered everything as expect and we’ve had no problems since.
