Service was great! Everything is done all in one appointment. The door is measured, materials decided, and the door is made right on the truck, then installed. Very efficient, and such a time saver that only one speedy appointment is required.

Very satisfied with the whole experience. Jim arrived on time and greeted me courteously.   I showed him my screen door which could not be saved.  He showed me several options for a replacement.  I made my choice and he immediately went about building the new door.  It was custom.  Took about an hour.  Very satisfied with his work.  Well priced.  Would definitely use him again, and probably will.

Jim came out, and I showed him what we needed done. I told him that I thought most or all of our screens needed replacing. He said he would take a look and determine if they should be replaced. He is mobile so did all of the work in his truck in front of our house. He ended up replacing all of our screens and the screen on the sliding glass door. He did a great job! He was very friendly and courteous and finished the job in a couple of hours.

Very satisfied. Jim was on time, very fast, and very professional. I called on a Monday and got an appointment choice for the next day or Wednesday. How it works: He arrives, takes the screens off the windows, takes them to his truck and comes back with them re-screened then re-installs the screens to the windows. Only took about an hour. I paid by personal check. He was also patient and delayed a bit while I finished cleaning the last window before the screens went back in. That was above and beyond. I wish we would have called sooner.

Responded to my call for service on the same day. Measured all screens, went back to his shop and wrote up a quote. Came within 48 hours after we agreed that he would do the work. Finished the work promptly and redelivered the screens by the following weekend. First rate all the way.

We have non-standard back door that they measured and built a custom screen door for us. The folks from the Screen Machine were professional and courteous. They were on time and spent a great deal of time ensuring the installation was perfect, which it was (better than our back door installation done via CostCo - never again). They were also able to add a dog-door to our custom door for an additional fee. The prices were reasonable and the outcome was excellent. I'd highly recommend their services.

I searched Angie's list and decided on Screen Machine because they were a mobile service and a friend had used them with good results. I made the call and left a message. Someone (I forget her name) called me back within the hour. I described what I wanted (re-screen patio door and add a pet guard) and she confirmed that they could provide the service. She also provided details on various options such as screening material and types of pet guards. I found the conversation to be very useful. An appointment was made and on the appointment date, Jim Theofanopoulos showed up exactly on time. He took a look at the door and showed me samples of the screening material. It took him about 10 minutes to re-screen the door. The pet guard, however, was not installed because (as it turns out) I have an odd/non-standard door size. Jim took measurements and said he would get back to me to let me know if he could provide a pet guard. All in all, I am very pleased with the service and wouldn't even feel bad if they can't provide a pet guard, as I'd like to have one, but it's not entirely necessary. The price initially seemed a little high but it sure beats buying the materials and doing the work myself so I rated them "fair" in pricing since I do believe it was a fair price, all things considered.

Great.!! I had gotten a couple of quotes and went with Jim. He was punctual and working with his wife on the phone was a breeze. They were very accommodating as we needed the job done on a Saturday and they were able to fit us in before the end of March. He started promptly at 9am and was done by 11:00 or so. We replaced the screens on our various shaped and sized windows (approx 17 in all).
It went so smoothly and our windows look great now! A couple of our neighbors stopped by and asked for a reference and we gladly handed them Jim's card.

The serivce was great. They showed up at our house at the agreed time ina minivan with all the necessary equipment to replace and repair screens. They measured for the screen to be replaced and constructed a new screen. For the sliding screen door, they removed the screen from it's frame and replaced the screen. The whold process was very quick and efficient.

The employee arrived on time and was completely professional in giving us an estimate for repair and also for replacing our existing screen protector to something that would do the job better. He removed the door and did all the repair work outside in the front near his truck. He replaced the screen and added the new protection grille. He was fast and efficient.

Very happy with our screen and the owner's commitment to quality service with a high quality product. The screen is great if you have a view you don't want blocked. Would recommend this product and company to others.

They were wonderful! They were professional and courteous on the phone and they made an appt. within a week of my call. The screens are great and the price was very reasonable. We have about 8 windows and though I put $350, I think it was under $300.00; I'm going from memory so not sure. But I always thought it would be expensive so I put it off; I should have done it years ago. They came to the house and did the work so quickly; I highly recommend this company!!
