While a local A/C company was ripping out old ducts, they discovered a spraying leak on a copper water pipe below my bathroom. I immediately tried to reach a number of 'A' rated Angie's List providers on an emergency (higher price expected) basis, and was told the soonest someone could be sent out was next week.  I got down to Terry's Plumbing. He answered the phone and said he would be out shortly.  He showed up within an hour, crawled under the house, removed the bad copper piece, replaced it with a more efficient connection and only charged me $125.  He is my Plumber from now on.

We bought our house in October 2013, we had a home inspection done at that time, but apparently the inspector and quot;missedand quot; a critical issue with our plumbing...one that reared its ugly head on Christmas Eve at 11:30pm.
Apparently our kitchen had been remodeled, and when they swapped the sink out from a double bowl to a single bowl, they didn't update the plumbing to match. When my wife put a dozen eggs worth of egg shells into the garbage disposal, which had never been a problem in any other kitchen we cooked in, she thought nothing of it. Well, when there is no back pressure and a large opening for the water to overflow under your sink, you won't know there is an issue until there is approximately 7 gallons (about a bucket and a half) of water in your cabinet drawer!
I am fairly well versed in minor home repair, and identified the issue very quickly...however, at 11:30pm on Christmas Eve, there wasn't much I could do about it except complain...so I did...loudly on social media.
My Realtor saw my posts on Facebook and called me at midnight and said she was going to handle the problem...I protested to no avail.
At 10am, Terry from Terry's Plumbing arrived at my door. He was super courteous, super fast and had the problem fixed in under 10 minutes. When I asked what I owed him, he wouldn't take my money as my Realtor had already agreed to pay him (I was assured it was cheap, but I don't know exactly how much).
I asked for his card, I assumed this would not be the last time I needed his services...and I was right...he has come back out for a bathroom re-do since then!

He resnacked the toilet and determined the clog was further down in the drain. He referred me to another plumber on Angies list that does drains. He did not charge, just asked that I call him next time I need a plumber.

I called Terry because we were having trouble removing the toilet seat from a toilet. He came by, at the end of his work day, and showed us how to remove and what we needed to install a new one. He suggested we replace it since it was low quality. He recommended a low cost alternative. We purchased the replacement. Terry came over a couple of days later and installed the new one. Terry has installed a tankless water heater and a gas line in the past. He is always professional and his work is always high quality.

He is a very good plumber. My neighbor uses him all the time. He has also fixed leaks and underneath the toilet. He is very fast and reasonable. For what he has done, he has done well.

Everything went very well. Terry called when he said he would call, arrived when he said he would arrive, and finished the job quickly and efficiently .He was friendly and professional.

I liked everything about him. He was professional and knew his stuff and the prices were right. There were some things that I pointed out and he tightened it and did not even charge me for it. He was honest. I had to call him back because one thing was leaking, so I left a message and he was right back out the very next day to fix it. I was impressed. I spent about $200 on that work.
