They were very prompt and they gave me a lot of information about the current condition of my chimney. They went up on the roof and looked at the cap on the chimney and gave me some information on that. I felt very well informed about everything he was doing. They were a little expensive.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY EAGER TO PLEASE. THEY HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL MOST DEFINITELY USE THEM EVERY YEAR TO SERVICE MY CHIMNEY. THEY DID A GREAT JOB. LEFT NO MESS AND GAVE US TIPS TO HELP KEEP THE CHIMNEY CLEAN.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY HELPFUL. WE WOULD HEAR A FUNNY NOISE WHENEVER WE HAD A FIRE. THEY TOLD US THAT THE CHIMNEY CAP WAS NOT SECURE. THEY DID A GREAT JOB CLEANING & REPAIRING THE CAP.
