Their contract came with the house. They come out twice a year every year. We bought a 3 year service contract with them. They do a very good job at maintenance. They just picked up on a leaking tray that had started to rust through that would have caused a lot of problems. It was just one guy and it took about a half an hour. They leave the area really clean. They are polite, punctual and they seem to understand their business. They explained everything. They are very good. I would use them again.

Everything went smoothly.   They were on time, they did a great job, they're neat, they didn't leave a mess.  Everything was good and I didn't have any problems with them.  Everybody was very good.  I would consider using them again.

I didn't have any problems with them. They were on time. They did a great job. They were neat. They didn't leave a mess. Everything was good. I didn't really shop around a lot. We wheeled and dealed a little bit. They did a good job. It was quite a few people. Everybody was good.

This guys are total BS do not do business with this people. I had made an appointment with these guys through Costco. One of their sales representative came to my house for estimate. After estimate signed a contract to do the job with all details about the job. On day prior to the job their General Manager Charlie called me asking for more money. When someone agree on the price and signs a contract you do not ask for more money day before the job should be done. I am not sure this guys rip off customer's with case all the time. Beware that next time you might work with them they might try to rip you off as well.

It's good they have confident people. You get a schedule and they show up but they are pretty busy so the scheduling does take a little time so they are responsive and on time.

Got a quote to replace a return duct in 2014 with no follow-up. Called back (a year later) referencing the quote to perform the work. The scope of work has not changed, same duct as the year before. Lady over the phone said no problem we will get someone there at 9am on 12/23/15 to replace the duct as described in the quote.
10:30am rolls around on 12/23/15 with no one showing up. I call Service Master and they say I am not on the schedule for the day, and tell me its I am going off an old quote so they cannot perform the work. OK that would have been nice to know rather than me take a day off work to sit around the house.
They send out a tech to give me the SAME quote with the SAME price to perform the work, but again never followed up even after telling them that this needs to get done ASAP.
Am I too small of a customer? Too small of a job for them to care?
Sorry Service Master, you lost my business.

They were super. Their guys were really professional, clean, worked well, and followed through. EJ was the salesman, and Dennis, Daniel, Val, and Matthew were the service team. They all did a really good job, and the system is working great.

We have been customer's with this company for a number of years. They visit us twice a year to service our system. During our inspection last year the service advisor found some duct work that had a leak, and also recommended that we take some action to further insulate our house. We had been thinking about it for a while, so we decided to go ahead with it. The work was done as promised, and there were no issues with the work at all.  I am so glad that we did the work, as our house has been both warmer in the winter, and so far on the hottest days of summer, the air conditioner doesn't kick on until about 6:00, and only runs for an hour or two.  We are very happy with the result of this work.

They send out a professional to deal with you and their price is reasonable. I usually buy three or four visits from them at one time and then all I do is just schedule them, but whatever the individual costs of the visits are, it's incredibly reasonable when you do it that way.

They have multiple locations, the one that I phoned up was down in Berkley and they they do like heating and repair, I guess they put in new heaters and things like that. Our heater did not come on this morning and I phoned him up and they had somebody over here today which I thought was sort of neat. The technician was very nice, very helpful, told me what was wrong and how I could correct it myself next time. Their customer service is really neat, I phoned them up and they are able to schedule somebody to come out here to take a look at the furnace. I was really surprised that they were able to do it today. I've had them out here before, back in 1997. I haven't had any problems with the furnace until now and it's sort of interesting because it's been so old. Inside the furnace, you get a sort of condensation apparently around the switches and the condensation froze so the switches would not operate properly. He came out and can't find anything wrong, disconnected the furnace or reset the furnace, all the things reset like you're doing on your computer if you have a problem and the thing started right up. We had 3 or 4 cases like that where heaters either been under the house or in the attic and because of the cold weather, this is something that is happening and it's been cold up here, it's like 205 degrees.

. We have had this company and its predecessor install and do all the service on our heating/ac. The unit is 12 years old.The field workers are very professional and clean. There seems to have been a policy change recently where they have the field people push new units. If a technician becomes a sales rep, he is no longer credible as a tech.

I had an estimate with this company then scheduled an appointment within one week.  I received a phone call one day before the duct cleaning, stating that I had never had an estimate.  When I called and told them that I had indeed, I was told that I "must be confused"  since they had no record of the estimate.  On the day of scheduled service, I  then called them with documentation of the exact name of the estimator.  I was told that they could not accomodate me in my request to have the duct cleaning performed. This is a very disorganized, unreliable, unprofessional organization with poor record keeping.

The furnace did not work when I woke up in the morning. It would turn on then turn off again. I called at appprox. 8 am and the repair man arrived by 10:30 am. The problem (defective control board) was quickly diagnosed and the part was in stock in the truck. I was charged for a service call plus the part and installation.

They did a good job. We are really happy with them. They were very thorough on making sure all the ducts were clean. They got all of the dog hair out, which is something that a lot of people don't think about. They have a good reputation, and I see them around a lot. A lot of people use them. I would guess that their pricing is fair.

The service technician worked through the diagnostics in a thorough manner. He had some problems with his parts that caused an additional problem. He addressed the problem and made good at the estimated price without charging for extra parts needed. He really cared about providing good service and doing a professional job. I would call on them again for future work.

The service was excelelnt. The estimator and installers were very professional. They went out of their way to minimize the interuption to our house and our life. The installers kept me upto date on their progress and any problems they encountered. After the work they cleaned up the work area leaving it better then when they came. The installers also made sure we understood how the unit worked and who to contact if there were any questions. I would not hesitiate to call on them agin if the need arises.

The tech, Ron, could not have been more courteous or professional. I kind of felt guilty for asking him to come fix my AC so late, but he was just great at fixing the problem quickly, and the charge was exactly as stated on the phone. He also said that he would come back if the problem recurred. This is the same company that originally installed the unit, and that experience about three years ago was also excellent. There simply isn't a better HVAC company in the Tri-Valley. I would not hesitate to call them again.
