One thing that stood out for Rod and Wes was that they did not try to push us to also get new gutters, which were not necessary.
The reason that we would look for another contractor next time around is scheduling. Because ours was a small job, we were told we what week it would be done and that we would be contacted the day before to confirm and schedule. This never happened. We had to contact them on Thursday only to have it postponed by a week, and then again by another week! I would have appreciated to have been contacted regarding the schedule changes.
They were great. I loved them. They did a beautiful job. Started when they said they would start and ended when they said they would end. They were very clean. They gave us a good bid and everything was exact. They also installed a solar powered attic fans which my husband wanted them to do. Everything they did was excellent. The only thing that they did and I had to call them back to do was in certain places where they had removed some of the old roof there were some jaggered pieces in the fascia. I thought they could put some new fascia. They just came back and did that. But I had to pay them $200 more. It was not in the agreement. It would have been above and beyond if they actually did that. I would not say that they went above and beyond. They did exactly what they promised. I wish that they just came back and did that without charging me the extra. I would have loved them. They are not high in thier prices but they are not low either. They were highly recommended by our contractor. I would use this company in the future.
