They were outstanding. They did the work on time, under budget, and cleaned-up the work when they were done. I would hire them for any pool work I might have.

I kept my account with Pool Chlor way too long. Nine times out of 10, the weekly pool maintenance was fine. But occassionally they would put the filter in upside down, or make other simple errors. These errors come about because they appear to hire young men of middling intelligence and then set them loose with nearly no training. The final straw was when I had a broken pool valve and hot tub pump, and asked them to repair it. They sent out a nice young man who knew absolutely nothing about pool equipment, and had him ''diagnose'' the problem using a cell phone and a screwdriver. It was laughable to see him telling his boss ''well, the light is green, what do you want me to do now?'' Needless to say, they completely misdiagnosed the problem and overlooked a potentially dangerous situation. The ''$90'' cost is the approximate monthly charge.

WE HAVE BEEN USING POOL CHLOR FOR SEVERAL YEARS. THEY DO A GREAT JOB, AND IF I EVER NEED A SPECIAL SERVICE THEY ARE THERE USUALLY AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. THEY KEEP THE POOL IN PERFECT CONDITION.
