A roof inspection was done on the home I was buying in July 2012 with three areas needing repair.   The report was never finalized and the inspection was never paid for.  When the rainy season was upon us my realtor re-connected with Pickerill and they were very responsive.  They waived the original inspection fee and scheduled the repairs on a timely basis.  I would work with Pickerill roofing in the future.

They did not locate several issues including a leak and failed to call or email us back until we got our real estate agent involved (they had recommended them).  It was nearly impossible to communicate with them.They seemed bothered by questions and took weeks to return phone calls. They conducted all the repairs they noted needed to be done on their inspection report, but we still had a leak which we had to pay another company to fix because we couldn't get a response from them. Then, all of a sudden they call us and tell us they are coming out one day. The other company had already fixed it.  Will NEVER use them again.

THIS ROOFING COMPANY WAS VERY GOOD. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME. DID A VERY THROUGH JOB ON THE INSPECTION. THEY GAVE US A REPORT AND ASKED IF SOMEONE WOULD LIKE TO GO ON THE ROOF TO SEE THE AREAS THAT NEEDED REPAIRED. THEY WERE VERY GOOD.

THEY DO EXCELLENT WORK. THEY HAD COME OUT TO DO AN ESTIMATE ON THE NEEDED WORK & THE RE-ROOFING WAS MY CHOICE. THEY DIDN'T PRESSURE ME INTO THE MORE EXPENSIVE OPTION.

THEY WERE VERY QUICK AND TIMELY IN COMPLETING THE WORK. THEY WERE ABLE TO DO THE WORK WHILE I WAS AT WORK THAT DAY. THE BROKEN TILES WERE ALL REPLACED AND THERE HASN'T BEEN ANY PROBLEMS.
