Phil is an expert in just about anything involving construction and repairs. He was on-time, courteous and quoted a fair price up front. Phil discovered that the studs in our garage were not where the instructions said they would be and he knew how to make the proper adjustments to put the screws in the correct places. He was clean, careful and efficient. He made creative suggestions about how the rack should be oriented. Phil has a background in construction and a wealth of knowledge about how things work. He's also installed ceiling fans for us in the past and has fixed many other items in our house. His prices are reasonable and you don't pay until he's finished. He's professional, returns your calls and texts, and is easy to work with. I recommend him highly.
