With the economy finally getting back on the right track, new housing and increasing home values are giving a much needed boost in business for which we are very thankful. Our manufacturing division, Vinyl Specialties, has now added 2" & 2 1/2" blinds, and an exciting new line of soft shades, in addition to our custom built cornice boxes, to our existing shutter manufacturing product line. With our complete line of custom window coverings and our expertly trained salespeople, we know that not every product works well in every application, so we take the time to work one-on-one with each of our customers and share with you our decades of experience to give you the best match for your home's style, your needs, and your budget. We serve four territories doing over 800 homes per month. Our size allows us to give you 5 star service. When you call our shop you will get a real live person during business hours to help you with your window covering needs. All of our office staff are employees (No overseas calling centers). Sales staff and installers are employees as well. You will not have to worry about “disappearing” subcontractors or passing the blame game, which often happens when you have to deal with multiple businesses to get your window coverings measured, made, delivered, and installed. Our experience will add value to your buying experience, something that is all but lost in today's world. Our territories encompass over 300 communities where we bring the showroom to you at no charge and with no obligation to buy. Customer service does not exist. They are rude, confrontational and will actually lie. ie. the installer told me he had personally put the old shade in the garbage and Donna claimed she had to have the shade to return to the vendor. Somebody is not telling the truth.
What I know to be true is they delivered the same improperly made shade twice!!
I shamefully will admit I agreed to a reduced cost and keep this lousy shade because I am so done with this company. I do not want to waste another minute over this. It has been one of the worst expereinces!
I could have handled the orginal mistakes but the attitude of this company is" tough we do what we want" . Never once during this entire expereince was there any apology or indication they gave a d*** or even acknowledged that they failed.
I urge you to check out yelp reviews. I wish I had. I had checked Angielist and there were no reviews, maybe because this company does business all over the state (?)
