Recently my car's driver's side power window stopped working. Not only is a functioning driver's side window a legal requirement, it is a necessity this time of year. Since it was stuck in the down position, it was very cold driving around. Normally I would have something like this fixed at the dealer, but I had used Olsen's before, and looked up their web site. I was surprised to learn that in addition to engine and drive train work, they also did general repairs, including power window issues. Although they were located on the other side of town, they indicated that they would give free courtesy rides to and from their location. So I decided to give them a call.
While they had the car, they gave it an overall inspection and notified me that my front brakes were seriously worn and really should be replaced soon. So, although that was an expense that I wasn't expecting, I decided to let them do this repair as well. After all, a safety issue like that should not be messed with. Long story short, they did both the window and brake repair very competently, and for a reasonable price. Everyone that I interacted with was very courteous and polite, and the place had a family type atmosphere about it that I really appreciated.
I would definitely use Olsen's again, even though they are quite a way from my house. As long as they are willing to shuttle me back and forth, I won't mind the extra distance.

They are great. They listen to the customer, they do an on-time delivery of things. They give me a courtesy ride to my office. They accommodate me at odd times. Whatever problems you have they are able to find them.
