Very professional service from the assessment through production.  The GC was very helpful in pointing out problem areas and offering solutions.  Pricing was very reasonable and staff friendly.

A valve busted upstairs and leaked downstairs. The ceiling and walls downstairs were saturated. The restoration company came out and dried up the walls. NorCal fixed it all after. They were a State Farm preferred contractor. I did notice that the stains came through the paint so I called them back and they sent the painter back immediately. It was done well and I highly recommend them.

Very arrogant. Not a good experience especially since he did not follow through on his promises.

We had had a house fire in 2008. We got this company through our insurance agency. And they were great. They have done a great job. I have used them since. They are very fair, reasonable, and nice. They are all my friends now. I can not say anything else good about them. They did everything from the plumbing to the building.

I found Norcal for a friend who had a condo fire 10 years ago and their work was excellent. When I had a fire Jan. 2012 I was quite pleased they were on the list of contractors approved by my insurance company. Although there were a few problems as would be expected during any home repairs, they addressed all of them and the job was completed to my satisfaction. The craftsmanship was excellent and they assisted me with some issues I had been having prior to the fire. All in all I believe my experience was about as trouble free as could ever be expected from any contractors. I am very happy they helped me with my home and wholeheartedly recommend them for any home repairs or improvements!
