They were very good. We got very good service for a very moderate price.

This was the worst experience and we will never use them again.  They threw unwrapped and fragile items into boxes.  They forgot three whole rooms, bathrooms, contents of drawers in the kitchen.  The responses to our calls and complaints were horrible.

The only problem was that they subcontracted out to a shipper. They packed up everything in June, then we had to live in an apartment for three months, and we relocated to California on the 16th of September. The original quote was for $16,000, but because they under quoted on the cost of moving, packing, and such things, we had to pay an additional $2,000. We were given to understand that if we got to Texas at a certain time, we would meet the truck, so we drove here in four days. Their estimate was one day faster, so they went to Florida, and we were sitting here for four days waiting for the moving truck. They also miscalculated how much stuff they needed to ship, so they tore down almost everything that had a screw in it, and they did a lousy job of putting everything back together. What I didn’t like was the fact that they misquoted the original amount, and they charged us the extra amount. That was unfortunate, and it cost us in the long run. What I did like was that the person I interviewed was honest about certain things whereas his competition wasn’t. We had some artwork that needed special care, and the other person I interviewed didn’t even comment on what would be needed for them, so that was the selling point, because Bekins recognized that some of our household goods needed special attention. In that framework, they did a very good job of protecting the artwork, paintings and hundred year old pictures that we had, and they were somewhat cheaper too. But they weren’t cheaper in the long run.

I had used them before and I had an excellent experience so I used them again.  My experience was wonderful. They were on time. The guys were great. They worked hard. They packed everything. They didn't break anything. Everything got to where it was supposed to go. It was perfect. I would absolutely use them again.

They did a good job with the move. They moved three homes and two shops. They loaded the trucks in three days. For all that they had to pack, they did very well.

Tri-Valley Worldwide Moving & Storage did a good job. The job went very well. They were careful, professional, and very nice. I even wrote a letter commending them on their good work.

Although they moved our belongings safely from one destination to the other, we were missing a few items. When we called them to find out what could be done about this, they were unresponsive to our needs. The price was good but this response and the fact that we relied on all our items arriving safely, make us feel that we will probably use someone else in the future.

MY FAMILY AND I WERE DISAPPOINTED IN THEIR SERVICE. THEY WERE TO BRING THREE TRUCKS AND MOVE ALL IN ONE DAY BUT AT THE LAST MINUTE ONLY ONE TRUCK WAS AVAILABLE.
