Planner/inspector guy was nice, who then sent a small team of underlings a few days later to do the work. They just cleaned the gutters and left, no minor patching. I complained and they did respond reasonably, and did the work, but I shouldn't have had to complain, they should have done what the $99 deal was instead of inspecting and trying to sell me a new roof. It seems that this is all these 'big deals' are, shoddy service and chance to sell you on something you don't want.

Moran roofing was at our home on time and completed the tearoff and new roof installation in 4 days with new gutters.

There was really no mess to clean up since most debris went into the dumpster. They cleaned up around the house well.

Repairs and replacements went very well. No problems, work quality was very good.

Everything went very well. I had gotten three bids--they were in the middle, and choose them due to their presentation and professionalism. And of course the reviews and feedback on Angie's List. They did excellent work and kept me apprised on every detail. They cleaned up as they indicated and everything went very smooth and within their original estimate.

This was a multiple year project for us. Brett Moran had given us several estimates over the course of three years while we evaluated all options and saved the cash for the replacement. They were not the least expensive, but were in-line with others we received. When we were finally ready, their team was able to complete the job in less than three days. The on-site foreman was very friendly and left my wife feeling comfortable with the process. Brett stopped by to inspect the work and we appreciated his extra thoughfulness in trying to match our downspouts to our unique shade of brick trim. They left the worksite spotless except for two cigarette butts I found in the lawn of my backyard (which is the only reason they get a B in professionalism). I was shocked how such a small thing could have such an impact on my overall feeling of the project, but such is life.

They were excellent. They have done several houses in our housing tract, and Moran even provided us with a list of houses to visit to see the shingles we were having put on. Everyone I have spoken with has loved them, and I could not say enough about them!

I'm impressed with the work they did and they did a great job and were very professional in my opinion. They cleaned up all the mess and left everything clean. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
