Livermore Glass Co

We have used Livermore Glass in the past for mirrors & screen replacement. This was our first window glass replacement. Estimator was quick, and glass was ordered promptly...with half paid up front, balance on job install. I asked if the business belonged to Angie's List yet, and the owner said they were not members but said they were interested and considering joining. She offered a 10% discount which I found very encouraging. The double pane glass they order is warranted to maintain seal for 20 yrs. The 2 man install crew arrived promptly when scheduled, and they did a great job de-mounting the old glass that had been in place for 20+ years and took a lot of effort to release, removing its frame, re-mounting the new glass in the original frame, and re-installing it in the garden window. Required most of an hours work. The guys were quite polite, clearly very experienced, and they did a good clean job. They disposed of the old glass. New window looks great.

I am familiar with Livermore Glass being a Livermore resident.  So it seemed to make sense having them give me an estimate on the project.  I had them quote shower doors on my project.
I also received a quote for the exact same glass and details.  The competitor was $1,100 less
 than the quote I received from Livermore Glass.
Of course, I awarded the project to the competitor.

They had come and measured all my windows and installed them all in one day. They had the windows in stock. I do have a two story home. The windows are air tight, efficient and the outside noise it not as loud. They installed nine windows overall. They even called back and checked on my satisfaction.

THEY CAME TO OUR HOUSE AND TOOK MEASUREMENTS FOR THE BATHROOM MIRRORS. AFTER WE SELECTED THE MIRRORS, THEY MADE AN APPOINTMENT TO INSTALL THE MIRRORS.

THEY MADE AN APPOINTMENT WITH ME TO TAKE MEASUREMENTS AND THEY WERE ON TIME AND CALLED AHEAD OF TIME TO CONFIRM THE APPOINTMENT. THEY GAVE ME A BID AND BROUGHT MY SHELVES AND PLACED THEM IN THE CABINET.

LIVERMORE GLASS WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY HAD THE SCREENS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER AND THEY USED VERY GOOD QUALITY SCREEN MATERIALS. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK.

LIVERMORE GLASS WAS FAST TO GET THE MIRRORED CLOSET DOOR ORDERED AND INSTALLED THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE DOOR MATCHED THE ORIGINAL ONE PERFECTLY.

LIVERMORE GLASS WAS VERY HELPFUL IN TELLING US MAKE THE SCREEN DOOR LAST LONGER WE SHOULD PUT ON A GUARD. THEY WERE FRIENDLY, HAD THE DOOR DONE ON TIME AND THE WORKMANSHIP WAS EXCELLENT.
