Kelly Roofing --just come here and don't go anywhere else! Ryan and his team are wonderful! We got a great roof, a skylight, new rain gutters with the fancy guards (not the cheesy ones) and they fixed a terrible problem where our roof was starting to cave in over our family room! These homes were built with 2x4's instead of 2x6 trusses and the roof that Yorkshire Roofing had installed just 15 years ago had failed miserably. The asphalt tiles were cracked, the roof over the family room was bowing down, our rain gutters were leaking a river when it rained. We had Yorkshire come out and give us a bid and it was around $18,000 and they had not even discovered the structural problems over the family room. I wonder how much they would have charged us for that! $18,000 for a 40 year roof, and they were going to glue our old rain gutters together so they wouldn't leak anymore. I saw Kelly Roofing on Angie's list and got a bid from Ryan. I told Yorkshire Roofing about the competitive bid and suddenly their bid started to come down. However we decided to go with Kelly Roofing and we are so glad we did! Our property was left clean every day. He and his crew were right on time every day. When the roof was pulled off over the family room he showed us what was wrong and his cost to completely rebuild that large area was only $1200. His paperwork was always up to date and his crew was very nice. The roof looks great and all the roof pipes and flashing are stone coated to match the roof. We've gone through one winter and now one summer and the roof makes an incredible difference in our heating and air conditioning bills. No more leaky rain gutters and no more gutters completely filled with leaves from our oak tree. Kelly Roofing provides quality workmanship for a good price and they are my roof guys for life!

Ryan Kelly did an outstanding job. came on time and finished on time, even accepts credit cards. I would strongly recommend him for anyone thinking of replacing a roof.

Kelly roofing is great! We had our roof, gutters and downspouts replaced in August of 2011. Ryan and his crew were very courteous and professional. They worked hard and got the job done quickly.
I am writing this review now because in late November, 2012 we had a big rainstorm and the gutters started to pull away from the house. I called Ryan Kelly when I first saw the gutters pulling away. He said and quot;I'll be there in an hour.and quot; Sure enough, he came out right away and fixed the problem for no charge, and we have not had any problems since.
It is really great to work with a company and an owner who stand by their work!
I would highly recommend Kelly Roofing to anyone who is in need of a new roof!
