The tricky parts of this project were obtaining specifications from our Homeowners Association, and deciding on the type of decking material to use. Once those issues were settled, Ken was fast, efficient, mindful of our requests and diplomatic with the neighbors. The new boat dock looks great and the work is of very high quality. Finances permitting, we hope to use Ken for further projects.
