Jim's Glass was very reassuring, gave me their reasonable estimate on the phone, and were able to schedule the repair quickly. Dwayne arrived right on schedule, offered to use the side gate for access so he wasn't walking and carrying glass through the house. He completed the repair quickly, for exactly the estimated cost. I'll definitely use them again. 30% cheaper than the other quote I received -- polite, professional, thorough, they have my business!

JIM'S GLASS WAS DONE WHEN HE SAID IT WOULD BE. HE WAS FRIENDLY AND NEVER LEFT US HANGING. HE RETURNED ALL CALLS IN A TIMELY WAY. THE SCREEN LOOKED NEW WHEN HE WAS DONE.
