They provided prompt diagnostic and service

Communication difficulties (English), no carbon.monoxide detector on hand, resolved the issue for about 20% more (in price) than we anticipated, budgeted, and had paid in the past. Overall acceptable.

How could you recommend a company like this? They way overcharged for the work they did

They r great and the best !!! They helped me in my emergency and went the extra mile to accommodated me while caring for my step-dad being on hospice and needing ac working in house . "Baker" and his associate were polite, professional , knowledgeable, quick and sympathetic to my issue even though they were extremely busy. I can not thank them enough. Yes I would recommend them highly . I'd give them 10 stars if I could !!!

Only issue I had was that they were supposed to come on Friday, then asked if they could come Saturday instead, & then switched it again to Sunday. Otherwise Abe was a nice, knowledgeable guy to work with.

Abdulhamid was awesome. He did a repair and my system is working fine and explained my options if my furnace quits working again.

Very knowledgeable and friendly

I hired them to provide an assessment on why my furnace was short cycling. I have two units, upstairs and down and both are experiencing the same issue. The contractor was quick to state that the motherboard needed replacing for $1200, without even looking at the other unit. When he did look at it, his diagnosis was that the thermostats (nest) were to blame. Iâ ve ordered two new thermostats and I guess weâ ll see if that solves. Not sure I trust the assessment though, given the change in diagnosis with thorough inspection.

Grotesquely overcharge for services

They are quick to respond and can get to you fastest. Very responsive technician. However if there parts need to be replaced expect the work to span multiple days. As they seem busy with other calls, don?t expect same day service.

This company sent me help the same day. Other companies had a two to four week wait. The technician was friendly and efficient. He explained everything, took the time to answer my questions and help make repair decisions. I took a chance on this company but was very pleased. I would recommend this company to others.

Fast , courteous service

This company provide excellent service and was very open in regards to communication. I was informed at each step of the process as to what I could expect and was presented with scenarios of how things would proceed if there was any unexpected circumstances that could arise. Overall I was quite pleased with the technician, the service and the person that scheduled the work to be done. The price was also incredible in comparison to other similar services.

Very good communication, fast service. We have an old floor furnace that needed a part replacement with an update to current standards The estimator spent a good half hour identifying the problem and the solution, and explained it to us clearly. That cost was deducted when we had them fix the heater, which they did quickly and successfully. Very happy with the service, if we replace the furnace we will turn to them first.
