Home Building
Hawke was the GC for the Spanish Trails Community (15 homes). Myself and all my neighbors were left high-and-dry by these guys when they decided that they wouldn't fix anything on our homes after one year of purchase. The homes were purchased from a developer LLC but since the LLC doesn't need a contractors license and our contract was with the LLC they'e not subject to the California laws protecting new home buyers. Totally unscrupulous group.
