Elite Fireplace Service and Repair is a company with many years of experience behind it. Its owner, Anthony Fruciano, Jr., has been working in the fireplace industry for over 11 years. His career began when he started working for a fireplace installation company performing service and installs. From there, he moved to a local fireplace and BBQ store and was a sales and service technician for 9 years. We are experienced in the proper care and maintenance of a variety of gas and pellet products from the largest manufacturers in the industry. We look forward to having the opportunity to use our knowledge and expertise to assist you with all of your fireplace service and repair needs.

Misunderstanding about time of appointment (range, not precise time).  Was professional, explained all items, didn't charge me as he was late.

Scheduled appt 3 weeks out.  No call no show on DOS, however turned out to be a miscommunication between scheduler and Anthony.  (She promised a time, he thought it was a window).  He came, apologized for being late after I informed him what had happened.  He waived the inspection fee as a show of good faith and took me through our three fireplaces.

Anthony Fruciano, the owner of Elite Fireplace, came out and analyzed our pellet stove problem. He went right to work to resolve the issues that had been plaguing us for some time. He was very professional and the price he charged was very reasonable. We are more than satisfied with the work done.

Excellent work. Two fireplace inserts cleaned and tuned-up. One had recently quit working entirely and needed a replacement part (more than half the total cost was in the repair). Both working and looking great now.

I use Anthony from Elite Fireplace Service and Repair for all my fireplace servicing.  He is friendly and professional, and explains clearly what is needed and why. The pellets were feeding too rapidly, backing up in my pellet stove, no matter what I did to adjust the augur.  He explained that I needed a new augur motor, which he had on hand.  He was in and out of the house within an hour, and my stove was sparkling clean and worked beautifully the rest of the winter.
