Rohn arrived on time. He is very excited about what he does. He wants you to be happy with the work. He cleaned all the carpets in the townhouse, including 10 stairs. I have 2 dogs so there were some spots. But guess what, he got them up. However, if after a week or two they come back, call him. He does return!! One of the best parts, not wet and then wait until it dries.
