"The member made it easy for us to work with him. He has great communication ability and his tenants were also very easy to work with. It is very nice when we can explain what the real issues are to our clients and they understand. It is also nice when they trust in us and our recommendations. I, (Darrell), have been doing this stuff, (HVAC), for over 35-years now. I eat, breath and sleep Heating and Air. Sometimes it is a curse, because I cannot sleep well when I know I have a problem with a specific system and the customer is counting on me to make it right. It always works out in the end and I end up wondering why I was worried to begin with. There is no failure in our office... We always manage to make things right. And, Our Motto is: "Quality Before Quantity" and our main goal is to always see if we can "Repair The Unit Before We Recommend Replacement". Too many companies out there, today, always want to push the client into a new unit when a simple repair is all it needs. I guess, being the "Hands-On" Owner, it offers me a specific freedom that most company's don't have, or offer. I am able to spot the problems right away and know what it takes to get the unit up and running. Other companies have less trained technicians or a sales staff that depends on sales for their paycheck. I am not commissioned, and that alone saves the customer 10% to 15%. We appreciate "All Our Customers"... If it wern't for them, we would have no business.
