They have been responsive when we got problems. Their quality of service is good. When I had internet problems, they had been a little slow. Once you get an appointment with them, they are on time.

Internet Service
It took a lot longer than expected. They made the mistake of not aging the right equipment during initial install.

Hardware install went fine, but all my email accounts were all mistakenly terminated during the move process. Took three very long phone calls to get them reactivated.

Comcast service agent was dispatched promptly upon request, arrived on time, and was able to assist in clearing up the issues that I was having with the new digital adapter that I received in the mail.

TV Service - Cable, Landline Phone Service
installation tech was a nice guy, punctual and profesional. the installation job left a little to be desired. the wiring was a little sloppy and took 4hrs. no biggie. once installed we had several cable outages, nothing more than a couple hrs. we came from direct tv which was WAY more reliable. we signed up for the blast internet service. advertised speed was 50mps. fastest speed test i ever ran was 35mps. with an average of 12mps. not even close to what i was paying for. phone was rarely used since all in the house have cell phones.
the biggest issue i had and a diffinate deal breaker for me was the false advertising they used to sign me up. 2 year contract. 4 cable boxes with every channel. 50mps internet and home phone. the carrot at the end of the stick was a 500.00 visa gift card. sounds good right? except you have to battle with them to get it.
after almost 3 months no card. i called, they stated i had to pay 3 months on time before recieving the card. at 5 months, called again. i was informed after paying 3 months on time it could take 5 month to arrive???? so i waited till the 8 month mark and called again. new story, i had to pay for 6 months on time then wait for the card. finally spoke to a 'SUPERVISORand quot; now the whole story changes again. i only need to pay for 3 months on time, but now the gift card is for 200.00 instead of the 500.00 the advertised. i was told sometimes they use third partys to sign you up and they must have falsely promissed the 500.00.
i googled the 500.00 gift card and found this is a common tactic comcast use's to con new customers. most people simply give up cause the dont have the time to fight with them. others like myself called multiple times (10) to finally get thier $
long story short as soon as i got my money and did not have to pay any early cancelation fees i cancelled.

The repair man was punctual and there was no charge for the service (except the inconvenience of having to make an appointment and be at home for it). So the service was quite satisfactory. My rating of D is for the overall monthly cost of the service at $173/month, which I feel is quite expensive -- just don't know what other service is as reliable yet less expensive.

Our experience has been good ever since we switched over to Comcast. The connection to our computer has improved greatly. Whenever we have had to call them, they have been responsive. Their phone connection is not as good as the prior one, but overall they have been good.

This company was very nice and courteous. They were very prompt on arriving, and fixed the problems very quickly. I thought they were very responsive. They have a great monthly service, and they fix any problems you might incur for free. We are very happy with their services, and their maintenance services.
