They were extremely prompt and whatever they did to clean the funky carpet made it like new. It was better than companies we had out to just clean the carpet alone. The work itself was a little tougher than originally estimated, but pricing was also really good. The cleaning was originally supposed to take one day but we requested they come back after doing a walk through to get some things they missed. We ran into a minor language problem and would advise if you re looking for urgent cleaning, look elsewhere. We were not in any rush at the time. We would not use them again because we have become comfortable with the standard cleaning company that now serves our needs and because of the small language barrier.

They did show up as scheduled. However, work was more expensive than when they did work 9 months previous (by $82.00) Also, for this price screens and window sills should have also been cleaned well, and they were not. The owner even told me that doing windows was not their favorite thing. I will not use them again.

They did a fine job on the windows. It was a bit expensive. For the price, I would have liked the window sills cleaned also.

I WAS PLEASED WITH THE WINDOW CLEANING PORTION OF THE PROJECT,BUT THEY DIDN'T CLEAN THE SCREENS LIKE I THOUGHT THEY HAD IN THE PAST,THEY JUST DUSTED THEM THIS TIME INSTEAD OF WASHING THEM.
