With a very wet winter we were overrun by Japanese beetles. Clark came out when they said they would, and offered plant based solutions to our problem. The treatment worked, and we signed a contract for monthly visits. We are also in the middle of having new flooring installed. In the demo process, there were signs of possible termite activity. Although Clark's termite inspectors were booked for two weeks, they called back within ten minutes. There had an inspection cancellation and they sent someone out within the hour. We are very happy with their cutomer service.

They do a good job. The follow-up was much better with them than with another company that I was looking at. They gave me confidence that things would happen properly while we were out of town. They were more expensive than the other provider, but I think the other provider was cheap.

We have been using them for a couple of years now. They get here on time and since they have been doing it, we have not had any bugs or ants. The price is a good price. It is reasonable.

They come every month.  They charge us every other month.  We added fertilizing option to yard and just signed up for it.  They are great.  They are always punctual and very professional.  They just do a great job.

They charged me way too much for what they did.  I’m not sure how much it was, but it was between $3000 and $5000.  It’s not that they could have been better but I was told that they ripped me off.  I don’t know how the other people decided because they had to grind my garage door down and they had to replace wood, and the finished product was not that great.  They didn’t put the framing of the garage door like the way it was before and repainted over, but it doesn’t show that much.  I was not very happy with the outcome.  Whatever I paid for, they are supposed to come and re-check for bugs or whatever they did, but I haven’t seen anybody since then.  So I’m not sure what’s going on.  I will not use them again in the future.

They seem to control the pests. There is no problem with the scheduling and everything. They do well as far as scheduling, and send us postcards when they are going to be coming to our house so that we could prepare for it. The billing has been fine, and it is always very prompt and accurate. The billing system is good. They have a friendly service. The technicians are very friendly, and if we have any problems, they address them at the time and take care of everything we need. I would say that they do a good job. We have no ants at all anymore in the house. I feel like it is kind of an expensive service, but we haven’t looked around too much for other services. We have them set up for the year.

They do a quarterly check on detectors that are in the ground.  It's $94 a quarter.  It seems a little high to me, but, I haven't compared.  We have had them to do treatments, too.  I give them high ratings and will continue to use them in the future.

They did that okay but I was a little perturbed because they were not user friendly. The guy didn't get back to me. I had to make 4 or 5 calls. It was not great customer service. They were based in Livermore and that might have been the problem. It was a set fee and then so much per month. I am thinking about switching to another company.
