When my father-in-law died we decided to have a simple Celebration of Life event for him at our home. I called Checkers Catering at the recommendation of a friend, and ordered food to serve 30 people. I did find the menu overwhelming as there are so many options, so my friend told me what items to order.

The platters came with a delicious assortment of baguettes and crackers and there was MORE THAN ENOUGH food to feed our guests. I was impressed with the eco-friendly serving trays too!
The dessert bars were pricy, so we cut each one into 4 pieces and served them on various Tea Trays...this way we knew a child would not grab a $2.00 lemon bar, take one bite and toss it out. Everything was fabulous and I did not need to stand in the kitchen preparing food or serving guests.
I picked up the trays at their Livermore location and received excellent service. Very impressed! Well worth the price we paid.
