We had a tight turnaround time for our home inspections during a purchase. We were pleased that we could schedule an inspection quickly. The inspector arrived early and was waiting when we arrived at the house. He was very thorough, taking many color photos, taking his time (over 2 hours) to inspect our 2400 square foot house. He caught things the pest inspector missed. He was easy to work with and didn't mind having us follow along. We were able to get $5000 back during our negotiations. There are certain things he is not qualified to inspect and he did suggest additional inspectors for the chimney and electrical system. This is outside his scope of work, so we did not hold this against him. We got our inspection report back on-time and it was also very thorough.
