Very clear communication about what he needed to set up the appointment -- even offered to come early when he received a cancellation. He came to my house and fixed my piano in about an hour -- wore a mask and gloves the whole time.

He is local and he did the work in my house. The second time he came, he found a way to save money because it was going to cost twice as much; I don't know how he did it. He is qualified and knowledgeable. I would recommend him highly.

He came out to the house when he said he would. He came out and fixed 2 hammers on my Roland's Electric Piano. I think the charge was reasonable considering he came out to the house and took care of it all in one sitting. I just got a letter from him that stated he can rework all of the inside of the piano for less than he had originally quoted me a few years ago so I am going to seriously consider that in the near future.
