He was very professional. The person giving me the bid wasn't the person who did the work. I did have them come back. There were two or three times that they forgot about the appointment and didn't call me or anything. The third time he came he was on time. The only problem I had was the steel plates and how they were installed on the door, but they assured me that that was how it was done. Overall, I thought they did a good job and their prices were reasonable.
